Molly's birthday party

To celebrate Molly's first birthday, we threw her a little party!

Her "brother" Cosmo celebrated with her...

Her "grandparents" and "cousins" were here...

She had a special birthday cake just for dogs - peanut butter and carrot, frosted with cream cheese.

Even the hamster was in attendance, and he enjoyed some crumbs of cake too.

For presents Molly received some toys, bones, and even bows for her hair.  Yes, it was a little silly, but we had fun.

Smiling bichon

This isn't Molly, it's just a video we found on youtube. The kids laughed their heads off at this, so I thought I would post it.

Molly is 1!

Molly just turned one year old. Since all the kids have videos, I thought the fur baby should have one too...

Three years

Darling Rachel,

Three years ago we held you for the very first time, and you became our daughter. We smiled so big when we saw you, and you have made us smile every single day since. We feel so blessed to have such a smart, funny, beautiful girl who gives the best hugs in the world! We love you more than words can say.

Here's a slideshow I put together of pictures from the last year.

A baby brother in Vietnam

No, not for us! A family from our travel group is in Vietnam right now meeting their new baby boy. If you like reading "gotcha day" stories as much as I do, you can follow along at "...and one more makes four!"

My baby boy is 9!

Today was Quentin's birthday, and he celebrated with a "spy" party. He and his guests went through some spy training, then on a mission to find a stolen diamond. Big brother Harrison created all the codes and clues for the mission and was a great help at the party. We had quite a houseful!
