One of my New Year's resolutions is to make a weekly menu plan every week. I find that when I do this I save time and money, avoiding last-minute scrambling to get a meal on the table. Laura at "I'm an Organizing Junkie" hosts Menu Plan Monday. I'm going to give it a whirl and see if it helps me stay organized!
Monday - Maple BBQ salmon, Roasted potatoes, steamed broccoli
Tuesday - Jambalaya, cornbread
Wednesday - Pineapple Curry with Shrimp, jasmine rice, Pad Thai
Thursday - Seafood chowder, Buttery Rolls
Friday - Prime rib with horseradish cream, mashed potatoes, baby carrots
Saturday - Sweet and sour meatballs, rice, peas
Sunday - Chicken stew with dumplings

I've been menu planning for a year and it definitely cuts down on the dinnertime chaos. Good luck!
Your menu sounds great!
I wanna come for supper on Friday!
Sounds good, keep us updated to see how it goes....curious to see wether you stick to the daily plan each week.

I've been trying to keep up a menu for 3 years... some weeks are better than others..
but I really notice in my grocery bill when I plan out supper for a week. Much smaller bill!
I've look at those sites before, but should really try to get back on track again. I had a menu last week and it was great but this week, no menu and we're rushing...
OK,my rambling convinced me.. I'm off to make a menu for the rest of the week!
