Meet the newest member of our family!

This is Max, a lovely yellow lab mix that we just got from the SPCA last night. He is a sweet dog and very well-behaved. Molly is not too thrilled with him yet but hopefully she will soon come around and they will be great friends. Poor guy was a stray and is terribly thin, with frostbitten ears, but we will soon fatten him up. There was a very strange coincidence with him- when we first met him he had just arrived at the shelter and hadn't been named yet. When we saw him next we learned that they had named him Cosmo. We couldn't believe it! A sign, perhaps? Anyway, we didn't keep the name because it would just be too strange to call a different dog Cosmo, but chose Max because we thought it sounded good with Molly.
